Snowy Residue
While shoveling snowy residue off of my iced driveway, and listening to Robert Marzano talk about the Art and Science of teaching, I was inspired to ask a critical question of myself and our district: Is learning consistently happening? Dr. Marzano talked about a common language between educators, and how a supervisor's "checklist" pales in comparison to a discussion about how an effective teacher brings learning to life...
